Pros
Not a lot of rules. In fact..... no rules at all. Do what you please. Can come and go as you please.
Cons
No rules no discipline, no structure. And worst of all most disorganized company I have ever seen. Change their minds at the drop of a hat. Tell you they will consider you for a position, build you up for it, prep you. Let you know you are doing a great job. And then watch out if the wind blows the wrong way. If they can cut your throat and have the opportunity to hire someone making less money than you do. Then volla! Your job is in jeopardy and gone. Also if you do go to work here. DO NOT ever think anyone from management is your friend. Biggest cut throat backstabbers I have ever known.
