The company strongly prioritises employee development, offering clear L&D pathways and mentorship to help shape peoples career growth here.

Cons

Because the company is growing so fast, the pace can be quite intense and demanding at times. Structuring new processes can also be slow due to the high emphasis on consensus and cross-team collaboration before implementation
