Pros
The main mission is to serve charter schools (with majority of people of color pupils) and the partner genuinely care about the impact we have on schools. The partners and managers care a lot about the well being of the employees and there is always multiple people to help you if you need any help. - the flexibility that you get is absolutely amazing. No one will ask when and where you get the job done (as long it’s done professionally and on time of course) - unlimited leave policy (how cool?) - again, the culture is amazing
