Pros
Great hours. 8 hr day shift Mon-Fri only, no nights, weekends or major holidays. Pay is about average for warehouse work in the area.
Cons
Management is incompetent, unqualified, lazy, and unprofessional Everything is done in the most difficult, illogical, and frustrating way possible. Rules and policies are enforced in an unfair and arbitrary way, depending on whether the managers personally like you or not. No way to advance, new management is always hired from outside the company. Restrooms are cleaned and garbage cans emptied only occasionally when there is no other work to do. Always understaffed. There are more bosses than workers.
