Pros
you get paid to sit around if you dont have any forklift experience they will throw you on a forklift (Take the experience and get a better paying forklift job!!)
Cons
If you take your job seriously and actually have pride in your work (Even for this kind of work) this is not the place for that Dead-end job you will stay a forklift operator for 25 years+ If you have a problem with a co-worker or the workplace environment you will get blown off Boss has favorites and will lie to your face to snuff you out Good Employees get all the work while the lazy/bad employees sit around and wonder the warehouse Just all around poor management and is the root cause of all the problems in the warehouse Management sits in his office with the 3-4 flatscreens he has in there, only leaves to take an hour and a half lunch

Great schedule, pay and family feel. Consistent work that you can count on. Sign on bonus a major plus!
Cons
Can’t think of any, best warehouse job I’ve had so far!
