      Good life balance for my position Some managers are really good colleagues are friendly Salaries are good comparing to the local companies

      Toxic environment from the HR system Most of the managers are toxic and the company system like working in school or bank not like other tech companies that give the employees flexability Also the HR system don't trust the employee You may get layoff at anytime
