I am currently in the role and the caseload is unbelievable while my colleagues are not being allocated high complex cases. I am receiving cases 2-3 nearly everyday and it’s unfair. This is the kind of job where you either learn to survive by constantly staying organised and putting your own mental health last, or you decide to walk away. It is unfair when a team leader consistently allocates the majority of claims to one person while other case managers receive significantly fewer. Workloads should be distributed fairly and transparently across the team to ensure everyone has equal opportunities and responsibilities.
