Pros

Dribbble has a really engaged and passionate, fully remote team that, despite being miles away from each other, is amazing to work with. People are kind, respectful, and helpful. While I've felt isolated in other remote positions, Dribbbble's team is connected, supportive and really communicative over slack, which makes work fun and motivating. The benefits package is generous and offers some extra perks that are awesome and enjoyable. I truly enjoy working at Dribbble, and appreciate the positive work-life balance focus, the strong company culture, and the opportunities for growth and development.

Cons

We only see our team twice a year in person and it'd be amazing to see them more often, but it makes the time we do get together extra special!

Pros

- Friendly & kind People. The HR Team goes out of their way to welcome new employees & arrange team building activities. - Good for Devs & Engineers that just want to put their heads down & do work & don't mind always being told what to do.

Cons

- Constant change. Org structure changes are frequent & based on current projects. Expect to be moved around or even laid-off depending on immediate needs. - Low commitment to employees. There are a few long-term people in leadership roles & mostly everyone else is under one year. Leadership would rather nit-pick minor issues (including public criticism over Slack) than providing psychological safety to perform. - Restricted communication. 'unapproved' Slack channels will be deleted & interactions with other depts must be channeled through leads. Leadership aim to reduce flow of ideas & push one-way communication. Combined with remote work it can be isolating.

Pros

- Incredible team: the company is filled with smart, low-ego, passionate people - High growth: the company is rapidly growing, and there are significant opportunities to grow internally and take on new challenges - Fast decisions: there is a positive lack of bureaucracy when it comes to making decisions - Clear and open communication: Management is very transparent, particularly when it comes to corporate objectives, which makes aligning yourself to those objectives much easier - Competitive compensation

Cons

- As with any remote company, it can be a challenge to get to know your fellow employees, however Dribbble has done a really great job of building a remote culture where you can get to know your co-workers socially, and we have annual, in-person team trips which are very helpful as well
