      Pros

      Offers lots of ownership to employees, gives unlimited power to new people if they are related to owners.

      Cons

      #Salary gap can go as long as a year. #Everyone claims they are not paid, and company will bankrupt. whereas owners buying new cars. #Most of the owners are Cannabis/Alcohol addicted, if you don't drink you barely can work. #Owner has female issues in workplace, many harassment cases reported

      Pros

      The relation with the co-workers are extreamly well. The seniors and even the CTO I have worked with are extremely helpful with your office life as well as with your personal life if you like to share.

      Cons

      There is a bit of a delay with the salary, but I hope they have fixed it already.
