Very competitive compensation, Developers love the docker brand

Cons

Well apart from the core product they don't have anything built anything new - Very very depressive work culture, they have absolute no KPIs to measure your performance it's just based on what your manager thinks about you - the manager measures you on the basis of what others think about you, so it's just political circus you need to play - They work more on slack optics rather than actual work - if you just think anything you need to post on slack otherwise you're considered as someone who lacks communication. Long endless hours and burnout is very common and not considered something to be discussed.

- WLB varies drastically based on the team - Zero transparency offered by leadership about the recent layoffs - Culture that promotes burnout - Unstable direction - Taking on too much at once

- Fully remote - Decent pay - Many incredibly smart and empathetic individuals (most have left though)

Cons

- Pushing people to write fake reviews... - Company leadership has become purely AWS/Oracle, and if you know anything about these companies management styles you know to run. - Zero vision from senior management, zero morale from colleagues - Not even sure why Docker has a CEO since nobody ever see's him
