Great salary, bonuses, benefits, flex time depending on Manager, great talented people

Cons

There seems to be a problem with Managers afraid of senior management and not being able to stand up to them and challenge ideas. A lot of backstabbing, finger pointing, bullying, clicks, inner circles, training and development is non-existent. Also a lot of crack-pot Managers and above who seem to have no clue.

flexible hours, international opportunities, employee benefits are better compare to a lot of North America companies.

Cons

lack of trust culture - finger pointing backstabbing and ass covering - not productive no body knows what is going on or what process needs to be followed constant restructuring the company - low employee morale silo - not very productive as each team does only what's good for them long hours - a lot of people don't take lunch Direct Energy is like a club of old people from all the companies it has acquired over the years. People have formed informal relationships which has corrupted a lot of the management decisions made.

Equal opportunity employer, in growth mode with plenty of capital and appetite for profitable growth. Relatively young company that wants to expand but struggles.

Cons

Poorly managed with lack of strategic vision. Senior executives don't align and are not willing to give the business an opportunity to root new growth. Without direction from top management staff run loose wasting valuable time going in different direction.
