No vested leaders, micromanaging

Pros

The people that actually show up in the office and work are easy going and a pleasure to work with.

Cons

They'll suck you in with a care free culture in the interview, and then micromanage day in and day out. You'll be expected to work 10-11 hour days and have to beg for compensation. They play favorites. There are no leaders capable of making decisions that are operationally vested in this company. The CEO doesn't know anyone in the office, or what they do, but will be quick to make judgement calls. Upper management is difficult to reason with, and they'll turn against you if you question their decisions.

Pros

There are no pros at Digital Target Marketing! No not one! This organization is run like a zoo with children at the top having no clue how to properly run a business or treat its employees. Let's take a look at this company and ask ourselves what kind of pro’s it has now shall we? - Is it a pro to not have retirement savings with a company? - Is it a pro to work for people that don't value hard work, integrity and dedication? - Is it a pro to have to always be ass kissing? - Is it a pro to be grossly underpaid? - Is it a pro that this company makes it living by having its staff sell crap online? - Is it a pro that the only benefit at this place is really lousy health care and a semi-monthly paycheck? - Is it a pro that there is no employee handbook with guidelines for staff, management and executives to abide by? - Is it a pro that rules are made up as time passes and policy is derived only when deemed necessary and more importantly used only when convenient? - Is it a pro that you will do all the work while someone else in management will take the credit for it? - Is it a pro that this company experiences some of the worst turnover in their industry? - Is it a pro that no one is offered any type of benefits package? Ask yourself, if all of these things sound good to you... then there you have it!

Cons

- Terrible, childish and out of control leadership who isn't held accountable - Deplorable pay standards - which should be reported to the DOL because they do not pay "salaried non-exempt" employees, working way over 40 hours a week, ANY OVERTIME for it and this indeed could get Digital Target Marketing into a world of trouble!!! - Constantly told that no matter what you did, it still is not good enough - Executives take no ownership - No organizational company structure - No company org. chart - who's running what and who's in charge! Media is a zoo!!! - Everyone on staff is a Sr. Office, Team-Leader, Manager or C-level staff member of something... some are even Vice Presidents or Sr. Vice Presidents!!! Of what I have not a clue??? As I am sure they don't as well. Give me a break. -Titles changes weekly/monthly - lets' just say a often here!!! - Terminations are regular and common occurrence here. They go through people like water because they don't value anyone. "What did you do for me yesterday, what are you doing for me right now, and what are planning on doing for me tomorrow?" - No HR person to report problems with, so be careful who you talk to because the whole entire office will know by noon!!!

Laid back atmosphere, horrible pay and job

Pros

Laid back environment (but noisy and hard to get work done)

Cons

No 401k, they hire multiple part-timers and interns to get work dome so they dont have to give benefits. Full-time staff get bad medical and no 401k. There is unbelievable ass-kissing since the managers play favorites. There is no room to grow if you're not their favorite. Dont get used to the employees, they'll most likely be replaced within a year. You can make better money managing McDonalds. They pay less than $12/ hour for non-entry jobs.
