Hands down best at what they do in digital marketing. Your going to sink or swim if thats you it is a place for you. You will have a variety of roles if you work there multiple years.

Cons

You need to be a self starter, be honest with yourself can be pressure enviroment as it is agency work. If you only want one task repeatedly not for you either.
