      Dissapointing professional development and salary

      Coworkers and other devs are great

      Cons

      To even apply for a promotion, you're required to take numerous, often outdated, and irrelevant tests. Even with top results, management may leave you waiting months for approval. Worse, the salary increase won’t take effect until the annual review, so if the timing’s off, you could be stuck waiting even longer.

      Work from anywhere within client timezone Relatively new technologies Salary locally competitive (but not enough for internationally by far)

      Cons

      Timetracker system includes screenshots and mouse and keyboard activity: terrible way to control hours Terrible project management: tasks aren't clear and time estimation are unreal, they're made by non-tech people Professional development was never clear
