Self bonding skills with other level execs - well at least we have something in common altogether which to leave ASAP.
Cons
- Founders are both Husband and Wife running the company. - Micromanaging every Department at its finest (best I've known from finance to sales & marketing) - Highest turn over rate, even Senior Execs will re-consider their decision in joining this company as soon as they step in. - No system implementation for all work flows. All communication are via WhatsApp. - There are COUNTLESS of WhatsApp Groups whilst the active one is maybe 1 or 2. - Weird culture to take a group selfie every morning to update in the group who's available for the day (as if thumb print not enough) - LONG probationary period up to 6 months. - Pro rated 10 days Annual Leave will be granted after your confirmation in which 1 1/2 month after your appointment. - Even if you are applying for Annual Leave, you have to inform your direct supervisor, the HR and even THAT 2 FOUNDERS you are away as if informing HR are not enough. - The office is everyone's responsibility. Honestly this is my first time being in a company where their office does not have appointed office lady.
