      Great solutions, terrible culture.

      Excellent products, excellent pay and benefits

      Cons

      Very long sales cycle, Founder removed the old executive team and replaced with his people. It's all about "why haven't you made the sale yet?" The feeling by the CEO is the product is so great, it should sell itself. There's no regard for a propect's normal budgeting cycle.
