      Great working environment, lots of encouragement and excitement on the sales floor. Great people, always up for a decent lunch or a night out after work.

      1. They make bigger loss over smaller issues . 2. Owner has good intentions but lack a good management team . 3.Company lacks good seniors level employees who can act like leaders and bring their juniors to next level.
