Pros

DealDash is the best place I've ever worked in my entire life. There is a firm focus on freedom and entrepreneurship in decision making and problem solving - You are able to run with your ideas as long as they are viable. Mistakes are seen as learning experiences - You are never downcasted for making an error, and disagreements are welcomed. DealDash is a group of immense combined intelligence. This truly feels like a bigger sum together then it's parts individually. Everyone here brings something unique and different to the table within the Family Environment. I feel like I'm in an incubator of Personal Development, there's room to advance and everyday you are pushed to bring your full potential to the table. For those who found themselves with shivers reading the chapter in Steve Jobs biography on creating the MacIntosh. That is the only way in words I can describe how I feel about my work at DealDash.

Cons

There isn't any Cons in my eyes - But when others do have concerns they are addressed quickly and changes are made.

Pros

- Remote work - Managers are very accessible and involved -Lots of fun perks like gifts at Christmas and Halloween, online games for team bonding, wellness challenges, office equipment -The most collaborative team I've ever been part of. Everyone truly does want to help each other. - If you come up with an idea that can benefit the company, there is the possibility of getting time outside of your regular job duties to dedicate to this project. -Opportunity for overtime hours if you work in Customer Support on Sundays because it's a European company -Super fun group of people :) -Using Slack for team communication -The freedom (and budget) to go above and beyond for our customers on special occasions -4 weeks vacation

Cons

Honestly, nothing major. Depending on your time zone you may have to work nights and weekends if you're in Customer Support, which some people might not mind, but others might find hard. The other thing depending on your time zone is that you may miss the weekly company meeting or have to get up very early to attend because the team in Finland conducts it.

Pros

Great people to work with Well paying if you are in Canada due to the USD exchange Remote work isn't too bad but you are still on a strict schedule Benefits were decent

Cons

Because the website operates in a way that sparks the same "gambling" addiction customers are often agitated and rude. Expected to do WAY too much multitasking to the point where good CS will always fall by the wayside. Many other employees I knew felt sick before they had to come to work due to the stress levels. Is a profit before people company. Many complaints about disrespectful customers to managers and they decided to keep the customer because they spend a lot of money. Employees were moved up because they catered to management, not because of their skills.
