You work with the most supportive and intelligent team of go-getters. When there is a problem people from every department gather to fix it immediately. Long gone are the days where you wait around the office crossing your fingers that something might get done by your "higher ups". Everyone here takes responsibility for themselves and their work - when they say will do something, they do it! The flat hierarchy design of the company is refreshing - at many employers you feel like just a number.
