      embrace working remotely. Cutting edge technology. People are happy to help and support. Have somewhat of freedom to control my workload.

      Datavail is run by people that care: they care about their people (a lot), they care about their clients (treated fairly and honestly), they care about their service provision (they are always looking to amaze) and they are going places.

      Cons

      The Datavail team works remote / hybrid , so if you like mainly an "office" environment that could be an issue. (they do work very effectively with Teams/Zoom)
