Pros
As a new graduate, there are very few companies which offer the same level of experience which can be gained from working at Datasparq. In my first 6 months, I've worked on multiple projects with advancing responsibilities in each. From day one, your thoughts and ideas are welcomed and any member of the company can have a real impact on client projects or business processes. There is a real emphasis on personal development which is fantastic for a new graduate.
Cons
The growing nature of the business could be challenging for some individuals as processes are always evolving. Such as the structure of onboarding graduates.
