- Truly remote company - A balanced and diverse team
Cons
- Work pace is dependent on clients' needs. - You really don't have a voice even though you're given the impression you do. It's best to just do whatever you're told. - Everyone seems to be scared to lose their jobs so no one really speaks up. - I don't think there is any opportunity to grow in there.
