- The rates a decent enough - I can choose my roster - There are some decent and honest people that work there
Cons
- Terrible work culture - Minimal transparency - Little to no feedback on your work - 70% of the workers talk poorly about each other behind their backs - Poorly organised - Not often willing to spend money on equipment - Equipment is not cared for properly - Hard to gauge where you stand within the group - Willing to compromise safety - Constant expectation of 110%
