      Pros

      Do not work for the marketing team. It’s a revolving door of freelance contractors “led” my a women who should really be an individual contributor. She has no taste and basically repeats the same messaging and creative strategies year after year. She is a bully and lacks personality.

      Free lunch on Wednesday. Other employees are nice

      Cons

      Upper management is chaotic. Expecting people to do a large amount of work without enough support. A single employee for a whole department and expecting flawless results. Creative Director played favorites and Marketing Director wasn't in tune to the needs of the employees.
