Pros
Remote work environment. Wonderful products. Great warehouse and customer services teams.
Cons
There are some major issues with the current head of Marketing that leadership at DHC is unwilling to address, even after 2/3 of her staff filed formal complaints. Team members are constantly questioned and treated as if they cannot do their jobs, even those very experienced in their positions. Favoritism is a major issue, and team members are siloed. Communication is very poor, and deadlines are constantly pushed, making everyone's jobs much more difficult. She is unable to give productive feedback ("I'll know what I like when I see it"), and her "creative direction" does not elevate the brand in the way that it deserves. The tackier, the better in her eyes. Also, in 2.5 years with DHC, I can count on one hand the number of times she said thank you and I'm sorry. Not only is the she a terrible leader, but she is also non-caring person.
