Pros

The product is interesting. The manager and people who guide you are nice. No benefits at all.

Cons

Except the boss and the HR.

Pros

- Can meet few good colleagues but many good staff are leaving. - You got a good leader if you are lucky, depends on which department you are in. - Parking allowance cap at RM150. - Used to have farewell lunch, but not now.

Cons

- Toxic management, like to step staffs down to show that they are the top person in the world. - Super micromanage, there are two probation interviews when 30 days and 90 days and the boss will involve in every interview sessions to ask many questions and will extend your probation period if you can't answer only one of his ridiculous questions. - Boss will suddenly sit in department meeting then start questioning and scolding. - Office politics, departments trying to put other departments down to look better. Be careful to the HR... Some department head are very picky on ridiculous points and will "step on" staff like they are the most useless people in the world. - Company is strangely very proud that their turn over rate is super high. Every month got many ppl come and go. Some come 3 days then left. Not more than 5% people stay longer than one year. But what happens is that the good staff leave due to the high amounts of red tape and having to see the bosses "face". The people who stay tend to be the average (if lucky), or those who are comfortable to go with the flow and not rock the boat. - Benefits package are not competitive, join at your own risk....

Pros

1.Free snacks, cookies, and coffee powder are provided. Who doesn't love a good supply of snacks, right? 2.Certain departments receive decent treatment, and we've heard that some managers of those departments even have the luxury of permanently working from home. We can't help but envy them.

Cons

1.People seem to be quitting left and right. When I say "quitting," I mean we have an average of at least one person leaving every week. When they leave, they often share some shocking reasons behind their departure. In fact, there was even a day when four people had their "last day" simultaneously. Quite a record, isn't it? 2.Building upon the previous point, we initially doubted the validity of these departure reasons. However, the HR team made a serious announcement in our group, urging us not to spread rumors or inquire about our colleagues' reasons for leaving. If those terrifying stories were false, why would they be so afraid? That's also why I can't openly share those horrifying reasons with you here; I fear it might be considered "spreading rumors." All I can do is imply that they all left "voluntarily." 3.Farewells are nonexistent here, and I can't entirely blame them. If they organized farewells for every departing employee, they would have gone bankrupt by now (remember, an average of one person leaves every week). However, the lack of communication regarding a colleague's departure means we either suddenly discover their absence one day or hear "rumors" directly from the person themselves about their imminent departure. 4.Due to the continuous exodus, it's rare to find colleagues who have been here for more than a year. In fact, many people leave within the first six months of employment. I can't disclose the reasons, but feel free to imagine them yourself. 5.All these reasons (and there are more, but they fall into the realm of "rumors") create a gloomy atmosphere in the office. Everyone is tight-lipped, and even lunchtime is spent alone, or at least not in the office pantry.
