No clear goals are ever provided for any task or job; instead, you will be micromanaged at a level you will have never thought possible. When a job is complete, management will always focus on what you did wrong. I don't mean normal postmortems or peer-reviews: management actively looks for way to belittle the job you do. Everything is run by the owner and the business manager; business manager constantly noses into other people's work, including engineering, technician, sales and marketing of which the business manager should not be interfering with. Owner and business manager quite often publicly humiliate employees if they do not like an employee's work or idea; they don't have the decency to have a constructive discussion about it behind closed doors. No career growth options here, because owner and business manager steam roll over everyone. Growth prospects for this company is low; products are outdated and there are no outside sales team to bring in new customers or ideas.

Where do I begin? Management is probably the worst thing for the morale at this office. They pretend they are flawless, and will have no issues chucking you under the bus and bad-talking you in front of anyone who will listen. My mental health took a severe beating and after leaving this place, I immediately realized that leaving was the best thing I could have done. In all seriousness, I went on anti-depressants while working here and quickly felt the relief of no longer working in such a hostile environment. Do yourself a favor. Read the responses to some of these reviews. It will give you a taste on how you will be manipulated and talked to while working here. This would be your every day conversation with management. They state: "People that are not smart enough.....", "If you cannot learn to do your job correctly..." They are the one that hires each person, yet still passes blame onto the closest person to them. Seriously. Look elsewhere. You want to avoid this depressing joke of management. They don't manage. They verbally abuse and manipulate.
