      The only pro was the day I found another job to be treated like a human

      Cons

      Senior Leadership of Sales is a toxic, misogynistic & authoritarian group of men, most of them also playing favoritism with certain key females on the team. Beyond the poor decision making, they are so wreckless that our own partners & customers know the drama that occurs internally at CSD.

      Pros

      There are some great people who work there and I formed wonderful friendships and relationships.

      Cons

      The environment is incredibly toxic ever since Earl was promoted. Executive leadership is very weak, and is incapable of making the difficult decisions such as letting go of toxic leadership. There are rules for some and not for others (extreme favoritism). People are able to be promoted without having done anything quantitative to earn or deserve that promotion. They are in the middle of an ERP project which has been going on for years and has no end in sight. Horrible pay compared to other similar organizations.
