Extremely Toxic - Anonymous employee CuraScript SD Employee Review

The environment is incredibly toxic ever since Earl was promoted. Executive leadership is very weak, and is incapable of making the difficult decisions such as letting go of toxic leadership. There are rules for some and not for others (extreme favoritism). People are able to be promoted without having done anything quantitative to earn or deserve that promotion. They are in the middle of an ERP project which has been going on for years and has no end in sight. Horrible pay compared to other similar organizations.
