Pros
Senior management is totally supportive and helps in all aspects. The environment and work culture is very friendly and work hours are very flexible. Always surrounded by dedicated people who want to learn and explore to facilitate continuous improvement for self as well as the organisation. Motivates new talent and gives opportunity to learn. Totally happy and satisfied.
