Pros

The only pro I experienced at this company, was the day I walked out the door and never went back.

Cons

This place is like working in a tornado - a real disaster. No direction, poor decision making, treat employees like dirt, sneak around the office to listen to your conversations. The only favorable reviews this company will get are the ones senior management are writing "anonymously" to offset all the negative reviews.

Pros

Creditron is a great company for people that like a challenging, fast-paced environment. The team is energetic, professional, and driven to achieve ambitious goals that will also help them develop personally. They know that the company rewards high performers. Most of the senior leadership worked their way up from entry level positions, and have been with the company for over 10 years, and they are willing to help mentor others in their growth. Creditron has been in business since 1994 and their technology provides mission-critical solutions for banks, government, and insurance companies processing billions of dollars a year. Most of their clients have been with them for over 8 years and they have been growing their client base over time.

Cons

The pace of the fintech industry is very demanding. While Creditron places a high value on work life balance and truly cares about it's people the nature of the business is such that it requires the ability to deal with new challenges and opportunities which may include juggling multiple priorities, If you are looking for a routine 9 to 5 job with an easy pace of predictable repetitive work, this is not what Creditron offers.
