    Some amazing staff I have worked with some amazing service users. I learned alot Good training

    Pay issues! Depending on where you work - higher management. Some staff teams are very clique!

    Pros

    The pros are that every day is different. Plenty of training and self development, plenty of opportunity to move up roles, really supportive management , the people we support are great so it's really rewarding. Plenty of paid holidays. Carers leave if needed.

    Cons

    Christmas and New year increments are not great. Have to work fair share of bank holidays

    Hourly rate of pay not great. Could do with been increased. Hours can be long depending on your role.
