Toxic environment with terrible pay and no recognition - Senior Support Worker Creative Support Employee Review

-terrible pay - "benefits" are legally required minimum -no recognition -allow awful people to work there just to fill space, never take meaningful action unless its already gone way too far -don't see staff as human -don't give management positions any hours or time to actually get anything done then complain when deadlines arent met or other jobs have fallen behind.
