-> Good for absolute beginners who want to explore more about technologies rather than sticking onto one teck stack. -> No firing happens even though you have no projects.
Cons
-> No WFH for employees except for management -> 1-day leave/month -> No parties/ outings/trips -> No birthday celebrations and no gifts from management -> Micromanagement. -> Sandwich policy -> No insurance schemes/employee welfare programs. -> Keep working 14 hours and no dinners or food for you -> Come during rains what come may. For them work is everything and you are their slaves
