- Had the opportunity to work with some really impressive and innovative clients in a fast-paced environment - The team was incredibly supportive (definitely feels like a big family at times!) and is focused on improving everyone's collective knowledge - Management was always welcoming of everyone's feedback/ideas

Cons

- Being an agency, it can definitely be stressful at times with tight deadlines at high expectations from clients
