Some smart people work there, some great people to become friends with.... great customer support

Too many different offices, very american centric, not committed to international growth

Pros

CTCT is changing and growing but seems to really care about how we work together as a team and providing resources to employees. Training, remote work, lots of communication. Not perfect but leaders really do want what to be a great company with a great employee experience

Cons

Normal growing pains, some old tech stacks, turnover has been higher than ideal but in general, everything is going in the right direction
