Everyone is very nice and helpful. Work load is always really good and they provide good training for your position. This company is pretty relaxed when you need time off for anything whether it is just to relax, family stuff/emergencies, kids sports, etc.

They are so caring and always make sure you are getting everything you need. It has been a blast to work here Everyone is so kind and always goes out of their way to help each other.

Pros

Successful and growing company. Flexible work environment. Understanding and mentoring leadership. Great benefits package. Performance based pay and progression. Encouraged growth and education.

Cons

Pay scale is still on the lower end for a growing remote workforce. Biggest complaint is the paid time off policy. The policy is so bizarre and jumps through so many hoops so that employees don't get to use all of their time off unless they burn through it as quickly as it's gained. I have yet to meet a single individual in the company that enjoys the time off policy.
