-50+ hours a week - no working with family/personal life (worked through my vacations every year)
-Job was integrated with CapitalOne associates, but CMI didn't cater or take care of their employees
-TERRIBLE compensation and refused wage increases even after my 3+ years of employment
-Not afraid to let contractors go at a drop of a hat. I was 'let go' and rehired for another position within the same week twice during my stay.
-No career advancement in sight after initial employment.
-Didn't compensate for my PTO days after I gave my two weeks... The CFO claimed he was 'not knowledged about that process' and deferred me to HR, who was conveniently out for my remaining time with the company.
