      CMI is a small up and coming packaging company with a handful of good clients

      Cons

      The company has some growing pains and have not established good processes yet. To be blunt, it’s unorganized.

      Flexibility with work hours and vacation. A lot of opportunities for advancement over the years.

      Cons

      Zero management direction and didn't even live in the same state the company operated out of. Was not offered any stake in the company after 19 years of service and was only offered a hail mary pass the last month of employment.
