The company is working directly with big clients. The Management and leadership are very hands-on, and accessible to every staff members. In addition, they listen to suggestion and opinions. Last but certainly not the least, CCI values Work-Life Balance and understands it promotes productive work environment and happy efficient employees.

The corporate client list is very strong which is very useful in my role. I enjoy ready access to management which is helpful to prioritize/focus my time. As for my co-workers, they are great. They happily and willingly trained me and make themselves available to answer questions or to bounce ideas off of them.
