While working there, everyone is/seems to be friendly including the CEO.
Cons
* Company seems to have a policy of non-payment or delayed payment of the salary. Towards the end of my employment, my invoices stopped being paid. I had to nag people to have them paid. Each time I would be promised some deadline for the payment, but those would never be kept. As I write this, my last invoice still hasn’t been paid for over a quarter. * Developed products are rushed and implemented without proper testing or contingency plans. It is a startup so some crunch is expected, but lack of focus on product excellence goes beyond what I’ve ever experienced. * Upon my contract ending, the company wanted me to sign a document where I would agree not to talk negatively about it. Don’t fall for this.
