Good benefit packages for staff including chef in cafeteria who prepares lunch and dinner, contribution to health care. Good culture with friendly staff. Flat organization where CEO and senior leaders frequently work hand in hand with junior staff.
Cons
Some segments of the company are not operating efficiently and these issues bring down the other segments that achieve well. Work/life balance can be a crunch in peak times.
