      Pros

      You get a paycheck every two weeks.

      Cons

      You can and will be fired at whim regardless of performance. There is a "clique" environment within the leadership structure that allows some to get away with whatever while others are termed for little or no reason. Also, forget about fair pay. You "may" get a turkey for the holidays but raises are small, infrequent, and follow a pattern of arbitrary distribution not based on performance but on favoritism. The CEO is a weak leader and the company has consistently told it's employees this year the company is failing financially. No growth opportunities. You do not want to put this place on your resume.

      Vacation policy. Co-Workers get to work with.

      Cons

      No Job Security, if you want to be at a company for a long period DO NOT go to Compass. Compensation is not worth the quality of work at Compass too low. You can be the best person for your position but you will lose your job over gossip.

      Worked there for 7 months. Patients are wonderful

      The pay is good.Good Benefits.

      Cons

      Lots of people not trained properly to work with psych patients.Lots of bullying especially in administration. Lots of immaturity, unprofessionalism.Key people seem to allow bullying and participate themselves.
