Pros
The best thing about this company is the opportunity for growth and the way they treat their team. Communication is open and honest and it feels like our managers and bosses really listen to us. They reward hard work and the people who have been there longest work just as hard or harder than anyone in the company.
Cons
Sometimes communication isn't as clear as it could be. No benefits yet.
