      they have three offices which makes it look like a big company and they have a good customer base in education

      very bad management condescending undermining and very unprofessional a definite stay away the honeymoon ends quickly

      New Projects all year long. Lot of learning oppurtunities.

      Cons

      No bonus, no appreciation, no annual review or raise, bad management. Overall a no financial growth can be expected. Just a company from the 90's with upper level management has zero knowledge about the job market.
