      -Company values safety, at least for the local team in JAX. -My project manager is the best boss out of all my past jobs. They truly care. -

      Cons

      -Private Equity Firm bought the company out -Stuctural change has caused a lot of people to be fired recently.

      Pros

      Strong team work mentality and a very understanding manager with time off or personal schedule. Experience in Data Centers around Arizona.

      Cons

      Unpredictable overtime with rack installs, you have to be very flexible when needed, 12 hour or longer shifts and some weekends last minute.
