I think the company 's pretty lucky to have hired resilient and skilled employees.

Cons

I'll say that overall, Collective's management is ridiculously cheap! From our pay and benefits, company equipments and supplies, to every little thing we see and use were paid at the cheapest price! But everyone and everything were overused and abused until they breakdown and that includes the people!

The people I collaborated with were the most effective communicators, engineers, and project managers I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. Additionally, the generous PTO and comprehensive health insurance benefits were truly exceptional.

Cons

Execs: A three-headed dragon, each head pulling in a different direction with zero alignment. The product scope and vision change weekly, like they can’t remember what they decided last time. They’re quick to pin their own failures on employees, making convenient scapegoats instead of taking responsibility. They (especially her) won’t shy away from publicly shaming employees in front of the whole company. And to top it off, the way they axed 80% of the staff was downright brutal—no respect, no decency, no severance pay.
