Execs: A three-headed dragon, each head pulling in a different direction with zero alignment. The product scope and vision change weekly, like they can’t remember what they decided last time. They’re quick to pin their own failures on employees, making convenient scapegoats instead of taking responsibility. They (especially her) won’t shy away from publicly shaming employees in front of the whole company. And to top it off, the way they axed 80% of the staff was downright brutal—no respect, no decency, no severance pay.
