      Cons

      no pay raise for at least 1.5 years after initial hire date. not able to roll over what little PTO we earn each year past 40 hours. the pay raise we do get is insulting

      Pros

      The support of the team lead and supervisor were great. Remote work. Provided hardware with tutorials for new users of MacBooks.

      Cons

      I believe more training time should be had as most people only had 1-2 weeks of training before you were on your own. Had to constantly be on camera, unless you were in the bathroom, break, or on lunch.
