      Little post sales structure Growth plan is to aggressive effecting overall customer engagement Consultancy and pm outsourced with little management causing serious project issues Acquisitions that seem like the leadership team are just throwing at the wall and seeing what sticks

      Flexible, Rewarding, and Fast-Moving – Great Place to Grow, with Some Challenges

      Flexible Working: No expectation to go into the office; attendance is only needed for company events. This gives excellent work-life balance. Employee Recognition: The company genuinely cares about its people, offering Amazon vouchers and a solid reward system for good performance. Agile Decision-Making: Being a smaller organisation means decisions are made quickly, which is helpful when urgent action is required.

      Cons

      Internal Politics: Like many companies, politics can sometimes slow progress. Resource Constraints: Certain teams experience shortages due to turnover, which can impact delivery. Rapid Change: The speed of organisational changes can create confusion and make it hard for some employees to adapt to new processes.
